Please add $2.00 for the first book shipped, and $1.00 for each additional book (U.S. shipping). We ship most orders the day they are received. We accept checks in U.S. funds, but not credit cards at this time.
We currently do not accept direct on-line orders. However, if you prefer
on-line shopping, we encourage you to order from one of many established
on-line booksellers, such as Powell's Books, Amazon, Barnes & Noble,
and other booksellers with web sites.
